MESSAGE FROM CEO RONNYHUMES Spring is here, summer is around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited! Each day, I witness the exponential growth of our staff members as they become more skilled, knowledgeable, and able to provide the care our patients have grown to know. Full of extremely talented and compassionate teammembers, our hospital continues to focus on providing outstanding care to the people who trust us to do so. Many people have joined our team, while others are making plans to do the same. Our physician recruitment efforts are allowing us to meet some much-needed service line goals and are truly focused on bringing the best and brightest providers back to our area. We recently launched a new hospital-wide campaign, given the title “Magnolia Matters.” The goal of this new campaign is to tell the stories of our patients and staff members, truly defining why Magnolia Matters so much in their lives. As we recount everything from patient stories to hospital initiatives, we hope you will take notice of all of the positive growth and experiences taking place within our organization.
